**Job Description**

The Carpenter Foreman oversees and performs commercial carpentry work on uninhabited building sites under the direct supervision of site superintendents and regular oversight from ownership. This role focuses on constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, metal, plywood, and wallboard for commercial, industrial, institutional, and agricultural buildings using a wide range of hand and power tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work under the direct supervision of site superintendents while maintaining consistent communication about project progress, issues, and resource needs.
