Cargo Sales and Services Officer at Cathay Pacific

Execute the commercial strategies for the cargo port to surpass revenue targets and support the port management team in delivering the cargo services strategy. Execute operational and sales functions, including oversight of suppliers to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements and to provide a high level of service to customers.

• Implement the Cargo Business Plan in alignment with local cargo strategies and Key Performance Indicators.
• Assist Cargo Manager(s) and coordinate with the Cargo Sales team to achieve revenue targets and generate ancillary revenue by actively seeking customer support.
• Support capacity management to maximize flight revenue.
