NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

**Fair Share Weekends**

Medical program in a group home setting that serves individuals with traumatic brain injuries. Residents may require a range of skilled medical supports, including gastrostomy tubes (G-tubes), tracheostomies, urinary catheters, medication administration, and other complex medical care. The program provides 24-hour support in a home-like environment, with a focus on promoting each individual's health, safety, independence, and quality of life.
