Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist

HomeWell Care Services is seeking an organized HR & Recruitment Coordinator to manage the caregiver recruitment process from sourcing candidates through onboarding. You will partner with the Care Manager to build a strong team that delivers compassionate, high-quality in-home care.

The role includes interviewing, onboarding, maintaining records, and supporting HR initiatives to engage and retain caregivers in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
