We’re looking for a Careers Information and Guidance Adviser to join our team and make a real difference.

As a Careers Information and Guidance Adviser, you will work within prison settings, empowering individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and aspirations needed for a fresh start. Through tailored career coaching, engaging workshops, and personalised action plans, you’ll inspire people to build a positive future beyond custody.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £26,500 To £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
