Zone Manager - Fit Outs & Office

The Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing office/commercial space operations within the assigned zone, with a focus on tenant fit‑out execution, compliance, and overall operational efficiency. The role ensures that all spaces are delivered, maintained, and operated according to company standards while supporting tenant success.

Key Responsibilities:

Fit-Out & Project Management

• Oversee tenant fit‑out activities from turnover to completion
• Ensure compliance with design standards, construction guidelines, and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to resolve fit‑out concerns

Operational Management

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned office/commercial spaces
• Ensure facilities, utilities, and common areas are well‑maintained and fully functional
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
