Working Foreman

A family-owned, woman-owned regional business in Claremore, OK is seeking a Working Foreman to lead a field crew while staying hands-on in daily sodding, erosion control, and site work operations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Working Foreman position include:

At least 3 years of industry experience in sodding, erosion control, DOT, Turnpike, or related construction/site work

Previous equipment operation experience, including track machines, rubber-tired front-end loaders, skid steers, tractors, and similar equipment

Lead and direct a crew of 3–4 employees while working alongside the team in the field
