Workforce Analytics & Reporting Specialist

Accenture is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Philippines, Metro Manila, Manila, who will serve as the go-to person for real-time analytics. Responsibilities include training WFM members, generating and analyzing performance reports, and providing input for operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate should be capable of automating reports through macros to enhance data collection and reporting efficiency. Flexibility in work hours is required due to the rotation shift schedule.
