Workday HCM Consultant (Global Delivery Center)

Overview

We are looking for a thought leader in the Workday HCM space to work with clients throughout deployment and post‑production phases. This role reports to a Manager within the Delivery organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
• Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches toward meeting requirements for post‑production customers.
• Become a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
• Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification.
• Experience supporting implementation or post‑production in Workday.
• Workday certifications or experience in PATT, Compensation, ...
