Windows & Office IT Support Specialist

GSSTech Group is seeking a dedicated IT support professional in Dubai to provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users. The responsibilities include installing and maintaining desktops, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring compliance with IT policies.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least 5 years of experience in desktop support, with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of Windows OS.
