Wet Trades Foreman — Lead On-Site Construction & Safety

Cosmo Central Group is looking for an experienced Wet Trade Foreman in Cape Town to oversee daily construction operations. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors and ensure that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Applicants should have between 5-8 years of proven experience in residential construction, specifically in wet trades. A Red Seal Certificate is advantageous, as well as an MBA. The position requires residence in the Western Cape.
