Mentor, Ohio area Company is hiring a Welding Field Foreman with welding & rigging equipment experience to manage crew and assist as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate, GED, Vocational School and/or higher-level education
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and time management
- Manage projects, problem solve, and manage crew safety & timely completion
- Open to 25 - 30% travel (typically 1 - 2 weeks per project)
- Welding & rigging equipment experience
- Plan material, Client, information, equipment, environment, and tools
- Possess valid drivers' license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles if needed
