The Water Engineer (Network Designer) is responsible for delivering high‑quality designs for water supply, wastewater, and drainage networks. This role supports Arup’s commitment to creating sustainable, resilient, and innovative infrastructure solutions. The position requires a strong foundation in hydraulics to ensure sound engineering judgment and design integrity.

Your role in the team

• Develop detailed designs for water, used water, and drainage networks in accordance with project requirements and Arup’s design principles.
• Apply hydraulic principles and engineering judgment to validate designs beyond software outputs.
• Utilize hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, ICM) to optimize network performance.
• Instigate input and review from peers and experts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
