Our client, a well‑established engineering firm based in Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Engineer with a specialization in Water.
Type: Specialist Engineer – Water
Experience: 15+ years in a relevant engineering environment.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (BEng or BSc. Eng).
Registrations: Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng).
Salary: R900,000+ per annum.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and apply employee engagement practices and concepts, especially in relation to recognition, empowerment, supportive feedback, partnering, expectations, consideration, and trust.
- Perform all work in accordance with the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), policies and standards.
