Job Summary

The Warranty Administration Manager position is responsible for accurately entering claims for payment according to the policies put forth by the employer and manufacturer. 

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process claims according to company policies.


• Review all claim information for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to rules provided.


• Adhere to management process.


• Reconcile accounting schedules and verify the accuracy of claim postings.


• Record and apply customer payments, ensuring correct allocation to corresponding accounts.
