- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, inspection, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Organize stock to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation
- Generate reports on inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse KPIs
