Nature of the work

The waiters/waitresses take the orders and wait on guests according to Pizza Delight customer service protocol. They prepare table settings and perform meal and dessert service. They may perform the same functions as the hostess and the counter person.

Main functions

  • Applies the health regulations as to cleanliness;
  • Applies the safety regulations;
  • Applies WHMIS;
  • Complies with the guidelines related to the proper usage of equipment;
  • Complies with the guidelines related to the maintenance tasks of the restaurant and equipment;
  • Ensures constant cleanliness of his or her work area;
  • Organizes efficiently his or her work area and his or her work;
  • Clears, cleans and resets the tables in the dining room;
