Wafer Process R&D Engineer (Hardware)

Broadcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced technical liaison. The successful candidate will act as the primary interface between internal teams and wafer sort contract manufacturers, managing key activities related to process development and defect resolution.

Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in both Chinese and English. Strong skills in data analysis, programming, and AI are additional advantages.
