VP, Talent & Capability Development

UOB is looking for a First VP, Talent & Development to enhance capabilities across Singapore and the region. This role will diagnose capability gaps and design impactful development interventions.

You will collaborate closely with business leaders to support strategic outcomes, fostering a learning culture that emphasizes digitalization and innovation. At least 10 years of experience is required, with reskilling experience being advantageous.
