VIP IT Support Analyst

We are seeking for a senior, hands‑on role responsible for the complete technology environment of a CEO, executive team, and their families across 5+ private residences and 6+ offices in EMEA and Singapore. The role requires full ownership of IT infrastructure, devices, connectivity, and physical security technology ensuring guaranteed continuity under any operational conditions.

• Maintain seamless, continuously validated technology environments across all locations: laptops, tablets, mobile devices, monitors, AV equipment, and Zoom Rooms. Deliver expert support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Design, deploy, and manage multi‑site network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, managed switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and network segmentation.
• Configure and support satellite connectivity (Starlink) for maritime and remote locations.
