Vehicle Dynamics Testing Engineer

Job Description

As a pivotal member of the chassis testing team at Applus IDIADA, the Vehicle Dynamics Testing Engineer will primarily focus on testing of ride and handling in the proving ground, while also supporting Kinematics & Compliance (K&C) test rig activities when necessary.

Performing Technical Activities

• Supervising Test Vehicle Instrumentation: overseeing the meticulous installation of sensors and the configuration of data acquisition devices, with a keen focus on complete vehicle testing.
• Executing Objective Testing Programs: directing and overseeing test programs in accordance with project requirements, with particular emphasis on ride and handling manoeuvres.
• Executing K&C Testing Programs: directing and overseeing test programs in accordance with project requirements.
