User Support (MacOS Specialist - Microsoft Intune)

Join EPAM Systems to architect a foundational macOS Intune environment from scratch. Moving beyond device deployment or support, you will build the core infrastructure — engineering enrollment configurations, compliance baselines and security policies without relying on pre-built paths.

Responsibilities

• Define the Intune policy structure, dynamic device groups and compliance baselines tailored specifically for macOS
• Configure macOS management in Intune from scratch, including MDM Push Certificate connections and Apple Business Manager integration
• Implement and test Conditional Access policies specific to macOS endpoints
• Conduct working sessions with internal IT leaders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and independent system management
• Troubleshoot and resolve failing configuration profiles using log analysis and advanced debugging techniques
