User Acquisition Manager (Meta ads)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager who will participate in daily growth marketing activities and operations across Meta technologies. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, self‑driven, eager to grow and learn, with strong adaptability to fast changes and a quick learning ability.

You are expected to work directly inside ad accounts every day across various funnels, based on strategy and planning, launch and optimize campaigns, and make performance analysis and apply relevant changes that will facilitate metric improvements.

Results, efficiency, and ROI are the primary measures of success. If you are excited about managing large budgets and driving measurable growth, this role is for you.
