Manager Intake Call Notes:
" Max Bill Rate: *** for top tier (ideally looking for *** or below)
" Location: Boston only (3X a week onsite)
" Duration: Long term
" Contract to Hire: YES
" Interview Details: 2 or 3 Total. One with the HM and second and/or third with 2 Risk Directors --- ALL interviews will be held ONSITE at the Boston office.
" What is the most important skillset: Strong Python, SQL and experience using Agentic Programming tools (Github Copilot, Claude) required. Experience with Risk also required. Looking for a hands-on software architect and builder who has experience designing systems, rapidly iterating over them and delivering them across the finish line.
" Any immediate disqualifiers: Doing any trading on their own outside of work like contracting out with other hedge funds or helping a company trade securities.
