Role: Unix Scripting /Devops Production Support Location: Mumbai Experience Range: 4 - 6 Years Shifts: Should be flexible with rotational and night shifts Job description: 1) Strong Production support hands on knowledge Good in scripting e.g Shell Scripting, Unix, DevOps. 2) The primary responsibility of support person is to ensure that production reliability through availability monitoring change management incident management.

3) Capacity planning with active contribution in development effort on Automation Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams. 4) Working knowledge of CI CD pipeline toolsets is added advantage e g Jira Jenkins Gitlab Ansible 5) Identify and contribute in area of improvements automation to improve KPIs. 6) Review the progress periodically with stakeholders Key Skills.
