Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for games across multiple platforms (mobile, PC, console).
• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Collaborate with game designers to align UI/UX with gameplay mechanics and player psychology.
• Create and maintain UI systems, design guidelines, and style guides.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and playtesting to refine player experience.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction and feedback.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate designs based on analytics, player feedback, and business goals.
