Design conversational flows (Slack/Teams) and the web app.
Create reports, alerts, and “insight to action” patterns.
Build and maintain our
Figma design system
(tokens, components, states).
Test with customers, iterate fast, and do crisp handoff/QA with engineering.
You have
3+ years in
B2B SaaS product design
(not just marketing sites).
Strength in interaction, UX writing, and data-dense UIs.
Excellent
Figma
skills;
accessibility mindset (WCAG 2.1 AA).
