UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design end to end UX and UI from journey intent through to screen level designs
• Translate service and experience concepts into user flows
• Wireframes
• High fidelity UI designs
• Produce developer ready handover artefacts including Figma files with components and layouts
• Clickable high fidelity prototypes
• Interaction and behavior specifications
• Redlines and asset exports
• Design interfaces that work across mobile apps, web platforms, kiosks and assisted service touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with delivery and development teams, product managers, experience and service design leads
• Support design clarification during build and UAT as required

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering both UX and UI, not UX only or visual only
• Experience designing real, buildable interfaces, not just concepts
