Description
- Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for back-office applications and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects and discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users during the UAT phase.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to promote understanding of testing processes and outcomes.
