Ringover Group is seeking a Trilingual Technical Support Specialist in Barcelona. In this role, you will oversee the management of technical incidents while ensuring exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, empathy, and be fluent in French, English, and Spanish. You will be part of a dynamic international team, resolving client requests and communicating technical information effectively. Knowledge of Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce is a plus. Authorization to work in Spain is required.
