Tray Delivery Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Tray Delivery Supervisor.

In this role, the successful candidate Under the direction of the Manager, Dietary Patient Services, supervises, directs, and coordinates the activities of the tray passing staff with the goal of distributing menus, feeding patients and collecting dirty trays for ware washing in a timely fashion. Responsible for quality improvement audits and patient visits.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned

Monitors and tracks patient satisfaction. Performs audits to measure menu return, temperatures, and accuracy.

Responsible for the scheduling of tray passing staff to ensure adequate staffing for each zone in accordance with budgeted Full Time Equivalents (FTE) and with minimal use of overtime.

Provides training of new tray passing personnel. Completes evaluations for tray passing staff.
