Job Description:

Position: Travel Psych RN

Location: Westfield, PA

Duration: 13+ weeks (possible extension)

Shift: Night Shift 12 hours (6:00 PM 6:30 AM), rotating weekends

Job Details:

• Orientation: 2 3 days of classroom training (day shift), followed by 3 shadow shifts (can be night shift), along with mandatory HealthStream modules


• Patient Ratio:


• Detox Unit: 1:7


• Residential Unit: 1:24


• Staffing includes 1 BHT per shift and up to 1 BHA per shift


• Therapeutic staff ratio: 1:8 (until 5:00 PM)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current psychiatric (psych) or relevant experience required


• SNF or Home Health experience will not be considered
