Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all domestic and international travel support.Proficient in federal government systemsPrepare and process travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with agency travel policy, Department of State regulations and the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).Coordinate logistics such as airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and conference registration.Maintain accurate travel records and reconcile travel expenditures.Provide pre-travel briefings to staff and ensure compliance with travel rules.Assist travelers with resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, or reimbursements.Track and report on travel activity, costs, and trends for progra...
