- Lead production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale.
- Manage change and transformation among operating teams in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and other models to progress into self-sufficient teams.
- Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
