SUMMARY
The Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for assigned portfolio of properties in accordance to the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement.
At this position level:
Portfolios are typically medium to high complexity and volume KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
