Training Specialist III

Top Must-Have Skillsets:

• Instructional design + ADDIE – can build across modalities (eLearning, ILT, microlearning, job aids) and make smart modality choices, not just execute

• Articulate 360 / Rise proficiency – the core authoring toolkit

• LMS fluency – experience publishing to and managing content in an LMS (Cornerstone preferred)

• Project management / stakeholder management – can juggle multiple workstreams, manage SMEs, and hit deadlines independently

• Data / measurement – tracks learning metrics, uses feedback loops, can evaluate program effectiveness (Qualtrics or similar)



Top Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Video/animation tools – Vyond, Synthesia, or basic video editing

• Jira or PM tooling – can effectively use PM tools and work in a more structured environment

• Business acumen – can translate org needs into learning strategy and present up to leadership
