Training Manager - Soft skills

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of strong retail operations.
• Strong focus on soft skills and behavioral training.
• Design impactful training contents and modules for front‑line staff.
• Assist the Learning & Development Head in training calendar planning, program planning, performance coaching, and mentoring.
• Rich expertise in training needs analysis, soft skills training, instructional design, content development, e‑learning development, Articulate Storyline, LMS platforms, post‑training evaluation, the Kirkpatrick model, and feedback analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant certification in Training & Development (a plus).
• Overall 8–10 years of experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a training role, preferably from retail or FMCG background.
• Experience in training retail staff using customized training models with a focus on end customers.
