Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is seeking a Training Lead to drive enterprise training strategy and rollout for a multi-year finance transformation at a top-tier Client. This role will lead the bank-side train-the-trainer execution in partnership with Client, ensuring scalable, structured training delivery across impacted operations teams.
