Position Overview

Training Development and Life Cycle Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead – LVCTS Project (Land Vehicle Crew Training System). Location: Calgary, Alberta or Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Salary range: 101,500 CAD – 151,500 CAD. Responsibilities

Lead a cross‑functional team of customer representatives, supplier representatives and internal Raytheon functional members. Develop and execute the Training Development IPT’s objectives in alignment with contract scope and technical specifications, managing cost, schedule and performance for all deliverables. Design and implement the LVCTS Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Maintenance Program. Manage the development and on‑time delivery of all ILS artifacts (ILS Plan, Publications, Logistics Support Analysis, System Effectiveness, Configuration Management).
