We are building a Technical Enablement team from the ground up to serve engineers across our organization. As our Training Coordinator , you'll be the operational backbone that keeps all our training programs running smoothly.
You’ll manage logistics, coordinate schedules, support our trainers, and ensure every training session and Academy internship cohorts executes flawlessly. This is a high-impact operational role where your organizational excellence directly enables our team's success.
- Manage training schedules and all logistics
- Coordinate with HR and L&D teams on internship hiring timelines and processes
- Support trainers with cohort logistics (onboarding schedules, cohort communications, equipment needs)
- Track and manage training requests and backlog
- Distribute and collect post-training surveys (trainers analyze the results)
