Training Coach What you’ll do: Ensuring a consistent, high-quality training product is delivered. Prepare, facilitate, monitor, evaluate register and document training activities in the company. Responsible for imparting training required and necessary to maintain the optimum level of competence of production employees. Provide on the job coaching, mentoring and support to Trainers and trainees. Follow-up on certifications/recertification process.
