Training Assistant

Supporting our Head of Training, General Managers and Operations Managers, you will play a
key role in learning and development across our Front of House
teams. From delivering inductions and supporting new restaurant openings to
coaching managers and developing future leaders, you'll help create a positive
learning culture across the business.

This is a hands-on,
field-based role involving regular travel across our restaurants, giving you
the opportunity to work closely with teams and support the continued growth of
