Description

The Training and Development Specialist brings learning to life—helping employees build the skills and confidence to do great work. In this hands‑on role, you design, develop, and deliver engaging instructor‑led and online training, create clear and practical materials, and choose the best format for the audience (classroom, virtual, workshop, or blended). You bring the learning and development expertise, partnering with subject matter experts who bring the business knowledge—together, you shape the content, sharpen key messages, and keep training accurate and relevant. You’ll support employees across teams and locations, adapt delivery for different learners, and help keep training organized—from scheduling to learner communications—using feedback and simple metrics to continuously improve.
