Title Escrow Funder

What You Will Do:

The Title Escrow Funder is responsible to efficiently and accurately balance and fund the closing real estate transaction, in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures. Reviews the closed file and works with Accounting to ensure all funds have been collected and posted; all required documents have been received and posted to file; all payoffs and taxes are correct; all invoices in file have correct payee and amounts; and all necessary approval have been received for disbursement. Balances the funds received against the disbursements listed on the Closing Disclosure or HUD Statement and promptly notify parties if file is not in balance. Sets up and generates requests for outgoing wire transfers, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
