Knowledge of air ticket reservation systems and expertise in Amadeus, is preferred • Experience in customer service/operations and sales. • Ability to handle a high volume of requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen to clients and respond with empathy. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer skills. • 2-3 Years experience in Ticketing and reservation. • Also knowledge of preparing itineraries and customer handling and knowledge of visa & operation. • Need highly Experienced person.
