Job Description
Your tasks:
Execute environmental and lifetime testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (e.g., AQG324)
Implement and refine newly developed test methods for power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility
Collaborate with other developers to create specific lifetime models for components
Perform hands-on tasks in the laboratory, including conducting electrical tests, maintaining, and troubleshooting test equipment
Coordinate sample creation and physical analysis activities
Interpret test results and communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders
