JOB OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE:
- To meet or exceed product quality and cost targets through testing process improvement and implementation of applicable process control.
- To meet target tester uptime and utilization by proper set-up and maintenance of test equipment and by continuous test process improvement.
- To ensure tester quality control are in place without sacrificing productivity.
- To implement applicable maintenance procedures on all testing equipment under Test Engineering, avoid unscheduled breakdowns and for assure that test machines are operating at optimum level.
