Test Automation Analyst

Job Summary:

The Test Automation Analyst implements, executes, and maintains both manual and automated test processes. This individual is responsible for performing black‑box and white‑box testing, developing tests within existing test harnesses, and applying them across automated and manual workflows. They will assist in creating test strategies for new product releases, working closely with software development teams throughout the development cycle. Additionally, this individual will recommend design improvements to enhance test coverage and increase the effectiveness of automated testing.

Shift: General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires a combination of weekly on-campus and remote work with specific days varying based on departmental policy and business need.
