Temporary Technology Launch Coordinator

seeking a highly organized and customer-focused temporary team member to support the implementation of a new member service initiative. This role will play a key part in delivering a seamless transition experience for members through system onboarding, education, and in-person support.
This is a confidential, project-based position requiring professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & System Onboarding (April):

• Participate in internal training on a new member service platform

• Learn system functionality to confidently support member questions

• Assist with preparation of member-facing materials and internal processes

Member Support & Program Launch (May – July):

• Provide front-line support to members (in-person, phone, and email)

• Guide members through account setup and system onboarding
