Vacancy Description

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for an experienced second in command to work Temporary Full Time at a Government of Canada Public Safety site.

Rotation: Monday - Friday, 1430 - 2230 (End Date: April 19, 2026)

Payrate: $28.50/hour

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Support with all clerical and administrative requirements for the Site
  • Liaise regularly with the client and/or other applicable staff to ensure site operations remain current
  • Assist/support site supervisor with site shift scheduling
  • Ensure that all applicable reports, operational reports and time sheets are submitted in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that the Site Risk Assessments and Site Safety Check Lists are current and amendments forwarded to Commissionaires BC accordingly
  • Ensure that the Site Post Orders are current at all times and that all site Commissionaires have read the Post Orders and any related amendments
